Entrepreneurial Ventures…
Down to Fashion was birthed by the womb of the Enterprise Development Centre, situated on the river banks of the North-West University’s Vaal Campus in Vanderbijlpark.
The EDC is a business organisation which aims to help upcoming entrepreneurs and venturers reach their dream. I managed to “kill-off” 30 contestant, together with my partner Tamen De Lange, and walk away with the first prize: R10 000 in start-up funds and complete access to the EDC’s resources.
With a lot of heart, anxiety disorders, swearing and convulsion, Down To Fashion’s first edition was launched on 3 October 2013.
